Aston Villa – Everton Goal Goal

One of the best picks for today! Aston Villa currently placed sevent in the Premier League hosts Everton who are just behind them in the table. Both teams have aspirations for European places so they will be out with their guns blazing for this one.

Aston Villa got beat up by Chelsea once again, this time in the FA Cup semi-final and even though the loss was not as disasterous as the previous one (7-1 at Stamford Bridge), they still got beaten pretty badly without without even managing to score a single goal as the game ended 3-0 for the Londoners. Combined this with the fact that they will playing in front of their home crod tonight, it certainly looks like the Villans will manage to score at least one goal against  Everton. James Milner is fit to play after suffering some side-effects from the challenges of John Terry at Wembley last Sunday. John Carew and Gabriel Agbonlahor are expected to lead the attack at Villa Park tonight.

Everton is the more troubled side out of the two. They will go in this game without Arteta, Fellaini and Gosling, but they still have high quality players in attack like Pienaar, Yakubu, Saha, Bilyaletdinov and Tim Cahil.

Our Pick: The last five games between those two sides have all been Goal-Goals and we don’t see a reason why this trend should stop here.  Both teams to score at 1.8 (betonwins.com).
